Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using FeedPilot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Service Description
FeedPilot provides AI-powered product feed optimization services for Google Shopping and other e-commerce platforms. We analyze, optimize, and maintain your product feeds to improve approval rates and performance.
Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
Subscription and Payment
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Free Trial
We offer a $5 audit for first-time users. This credit is applied toward your first subscription payment if you upgrade within 30 days.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase only. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the billing period.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Upload malicious code or malware
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell or redistribute our Service
- Reverse engineer our software
- Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited messages
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Your Data and Content
Your Content: You retain all rights to your product data. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process, store, and optimize your data solely for providing the Service.
Our Technology: We retain all rights to our AI models, algorithms, and technology. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Service.
Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your product data. We are not liable for content you upload or generate using our Service.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEEDPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Warranties Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that your feeds will be approved by Google or any other platform. While we optimize for compliance, final approval decisions are made by the platforms themselves.
Termination
By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Effect: Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FeedPilot is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
